The meat is so tender, you hardly need chew it. And it's spicy & tangy & delicious. And addictive.<BR/><BR/>I used the salsa I posted, so I was able to keep it to my accepted level of hotness. I also had some string beans in the house that were danger of going unused & threw those in.<BR/><BR/>But really, it's the vinegar tang & the pork that makes this, so as long as it's a salsa you like & you follow the directions, I'm sure you'll be golden.<BR/><BR/>And addicted.
