- 2 medium onions, cut into rings
- ½ c peas
- ½ c French cut green beans
- 1 carrot, cut in cubes
- 1 green pepper cut into small pieces
- 1-4 T oil
- Salt to taste
- Red chilipowder, to taste
- 10-12 cashews
- 15-20 raisins, soaked in warm water for 10 min
- ¼ c cream
- 4-5 black pepper corns, crushed.

adharas' Vegetable Akbari
