- 1½ lbs. salmon fillets (4-6 fillets)
- 3 T honey
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
Mix honey, mustard & vinegar.
Put salmon in a glass baking dish and pour marinade over salmon.
Cook 15-20 minutes, testing for doneness.
Take the salmon out of the oven and sit it out for at least one hour. If eaten straight out of the oven, the flavors are too strong.
